The French ‘savoir vivre – art of life’ can be experienced not only through our delicate cuisine. For a number of years pétanque has been an activity inherently associated with Letenský zámeček. The metal boules have an ability to break the ice between players and instil a pleasant informality to the entertainment.

It’s no problem for all your friends or colleagues to join in the fun: Even complete beginners with no special equipment or hours of gruelling training are able to enjoy the game. For more competitively-minded groups, it is our pleasure to arrange a professionally managed and organised tournament for up to sixty players.

And to build up your energy during the sporting activities we would love to arrange a barbecue party complete with a range of tempting French wines. But in the heat of the game, never forget – it’s not the winning that’s important but the taking part! And for the camaraderie of pétanque complete with delicious food, that’s doubly true.
